I've attended Spring Fling for 6 years now, and each year I'm amazed by the teachers and the organizers.
The conference is designed for all levels, and skill sets. I've been doing henna for more than 10 years now, and I always leave the conference learning something new to either add to my work or to my agreements.
Can't wait for the 20th conference next year.
As a beginner henna artist, getting to meet henna artists from all over the world and learn from so many instructors in one weekend is both exciting and overwhelming all at once, for me. I always feel nervous and awkward at the start, but the meet and greet at the beginning helps me relax. I felt comfortable and confident participating within this group of professionals. The format of the classes is set up in such a way that I was able to stay engaged with the content and feel free to ask questions and clear any doubts I had, during the q and a sessions for each class. And the handbook and video replays provided are worth their weight in gold, to me, for helping me get prepared before the conference and review any classes I wanted to revisit, after the conference. This is what made me come back for another year. I absolutely enjoyed spending my weekend with like-minded people for the love of henna. I learned so much and met some great henna artists from all over. Opportunities like this don't come for me everyday, so I am forever grateful to the Spring Fling Team for having the idea to host an event like this and for all of the fine effort they have put into making it an excellent learning experience. I would definitely recommend this conference to anyone seeking to expand their knowledge and skills in henna artistry with like-minded people.

Attending the Online SpringFling Henna Conference was such a rewarding experience! Even though it was virtual, it truly felt like being in a room full of passionate henna artists from around the world. The workshops were packed with inspiration—whether it was learning new techniques, refining traditional designs, or diving into the business side of henna.

One of my favorite parts was how interactive everything was. The instructors were not only talented but also so generous in sharing their knowledge. It wasn’t just about watching; we got to ask questions, get feedback, and really engage with the material. And the community aspect? Absolutely amazing!

2022 is my first time ever, attending Spring Fling with Neeta and other talented artist from AROUND THE WORLD. This review is honestly from the bottom of my heart, if you are an inspiring artist or just hold a lot of love for Henna, this is for you. I will be coming back every year to learn be inspired from those who take part in this passionate conference.

This was probably one of my best investment in myself/my business; professional development. I came to find out about the conference much after the registration had begun, and was close to closing. I reached out and thankfully registration was still open! I was anxiously waiting for the SFHC weekend, and thoroughly enjoyed both days. They were filled with so much inspiration and knowledge. I feel like I'm a renewed artist! I cannot thank the teachers/artists enough for their time and sharing their expertise and knowledge. I was able to connect with many on IG personally too and it was such a great feeling to be acknowledged by inspirations themselves! I cannot wait to attend more conferences, and hopefully in person next time and meet all!
This conference is amazing. I always learn so much, and have such a great time. Bollywood night is the best - it is fun to let loose with other people who you know "get" you and share your passions. It's lifechanging to spend a whole weekend with those same people. This is conference is incredibly well-organized and super welcoming. Seasoned and newer artists alike have an amazing time, learn a ton, and make wonderful connections. THANK YOU, Neeta, for all you do to make this happen. And thank you to the team of behind the scenes folks who work so hard to make it happen every year. Everyone involved in this conference is awesome. Six out of five stars.
This conference is a real treasure! I attended my first in 2020 right before the pandemic and it was such a healing experience. While it's an unparalleled henna learning experience, it's so much more then just that. Every person there is so welcoming and that's thanks to the organization of the event that really celebrates the community of henna. It's a breath of fresh air to be amongst artists that are not hiding their secrets to success but sharing them with all attendees so we can all grow and prosper together. I'm a mom with two little ones and this weekend felt like the best mom getaway with zero guilt because I truly learned so much. Oh and Bollywood night was the cherry on top ... I hadn't danced like that in years!! Lastly, the cost is so well worth it. I was quickly able to make it up by getting more gigs using all I learned at the conference. Honestly, I can gush on forever about this. I'm even on the website on in July 2021 checking to see if I can already book for Feb 2022 - that should tell you something. To the organizers - thanks for thinking of every.single.detail. You rise us up together and make every generation of henna artists before us envious they they didn't have you as part of their henna journey to elevate them.
My first Spring Fling Henna Conference and it was just amazing and overwhelming. Just great to attend a fully online conference put so well together and smoothly. Everyone did a great job putting the conference together. And the teacher line up was just wonderful too. I hope I will be able to attend Spring Fling Henna Conference in person too. I heard many things about this conference and it was all positive feedback. I was excited myself to attend this conference. Even though it was a virtual conference, I would like to say that I have learned so much from this conference. All the teachers did so well in explaining their content and being able to answer all the questions for all the attendees. Additionally, the moderators were also amazing by assisting the Teachers in regards to questions or concerns a student had. Overall, I'll be back for in person conference!
I’ve been wanting to attend Spring Fling for several years, but this was the first year I was able to attend. Even as a virtual conference, it went very smoothly and I loved blocking off the weekend for learning and henna 🥰
The whole thing was very organized and well put together, the teachers were AMAZING and each class was filled with gold henna nuggets. I learned so much and can’t wait to attend in person next year! ❤️
This is the place to be if you are a beginner or an advanced artist, a good place to feel like you can grow within your tribe and not only experience but explore different styles of henna. Every teacher gives their all because their sole purpose is for you to learn and even as teachers I think we get so much from this conference which is saying a lot.
This was my second time at spring fling and even though virtual it was amazing. Neeta went above and beyond and planned everything with so much care and details. The line up of teachers is amazing. I can’t wait to be back in person next year.
Every single year, there is always so much to learn at Spring Fling. The teachers are top notch, the attendees are excited and attentive, and the vibe is very, very friendly. I love that this is a smaller henna conference, even though it could grow to be huge if the organizers didn't so intentionally keep it small. The small size is key to the comfy, friendly feeling - you really do feel like you know a lot of the people who are there by the time the weekend is through. I look forward to coming to spend time with my henna family every year, and am so grateful to be able to teach at this remarkable conference. Also, I must say, the first ever virtual henna conference in this pandemic spring of 2021 ran super smoothly, and was WAY more fun than I think any of us could have anticipated. Bollywood Night is the best!
This was my first time attending -- and Spring Fling's 1st virtual conference. The week-end exceeded my expectations! The workshops were packed with practical information. The conference workbook was beautifully designed and contained tons of worksheets. The instructors were clear, generous and answered all questions. The moderators kept everything running smoothly. The breaks were well-timed. All in all, this was a smoothly run conference with excellent teachers and I learned a ton! Kudos to Neeta and her entire team!
I can't say enough about my experience with Spring Fling. I have been hoping to attend for years, and when Neeta invited me last March, we didn't know it would be a virtual conference...she and her team did an amazing job of organizing and kept everything clear and smooth. I LOVED every class, and I was honored to share a class as well....the participants were lovely and engaged, and the whole package far surpassed my expectations. A real bargain, and so much to celebrate! Grateful for the new connections made, too. THANK you, Spring Fling!
This was my very 1st time attending SpringFling and I was
honored to be teaching as well. Every one was so friendly and helpful - from the staff to students and to all the teachers, you get to learn a lot. It was a weekend full of fun and learning! Neeta did an awesome job at organizing. ps. The food was YUMMM each day.
