Hello Friends, I am Reshma Pillay from India, Founder of RS VIBGYOR BRIDES.
I started my journey in mehendi 10 years back in 2014. My mom is my inspiration; she was also a mehendi artist, and I used to try and recreate her mehendi designs. I got my first bride in 2014 and earned 1500rs, my first-ever salary. I always wanted to do something in the creative field, but my thoughts were never clear. After my 12th year, I learned some basics of mehendi and started doing brides, along with my studies. I used to focus more on mehendi than my studies. In 2017 I completed my graduation in computer science, then joined MBA classes but I was never happy with what I was doing. Then, one day, I finally decided to make mehendi my full-time job. And that was the best decision of my life.
My favourite part of mehendi is teaching. I feel that the more I educate others about mehendi, the more I educate myself for more creative things. To date, I have trained more than 5,000 students online and offline. Thank you so much to Spring Fling Henna for giving me the opportunity to polish up my amazing talents.
